Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Executive to fuel our B2B lead generation efforts and build a strong sales pipeline. Reporting to the CEO (currently serving as the Head of Sales), you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential enterprise customers, leveraging a mix of strategic research, direct outreach, and creative marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of B2B tech sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and map out potential enterprise customers, identifying key decision-makers and crafting tailored outreach strategies.
Outreach and Engagement: Build relationships with prospects through email campaigns, LinkedIn connections, and attendance at relevant industry events.
Pipeline Development: Qualify leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to refine lead generation and sales strategies, aligning efforts with overall business goals.
Content Contribution: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, case studies, and pitch decks.
Event Participation: Represent HoloMem at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate interest and establish connections.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in B2B tech sales, with a proven track record of lead generation and pipeline development.
Strong research skills and a strategic approach to identifying and engaging enterprise customers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and persuasive demeanour.
Proficiency with CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking tools for outreach.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in selling hardware or complex technical solutions.
Knowledge of the holographic storage or data storage industries.
Exposure to startup environments and a willingness to adapt to a growing company’s evolving needs.
