HoloMem joins the Digital Preservation Coalition
The Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) is delighted to welcome HoloMem to its Supporter Program this week.
“The DPC represents a knowledgeable community of digital preservation practitioners from which we are excited to learn from and support in addressing digital preservation needs” explains Mike Quinn, Head of Commercial for HoloMem. “By collaborating with others engaged in shared digital preservation challenges, HoloMem hopes to develop and establish relationships across the community, whilst enhancing our own capabilities in digital preservation.”
The DPC’s Supporter Program enables a structured, ongoing dialogue between members and solution providers; enabling vendors and solution providers to access and track the changing needs and challenges faced by DPC members.
Sarah Middleton, Head of Advocacy and Community Engagement for the DPC, welcomed the news, saying: “As an alternative storage medium, I am sure that HoloMem will introduce new and interesting perspectives to the DPC Supporter Program, and great value to the DPC and its members. We look forward to learning more about HoloMem and its benefits, as well as working in partnership with the organisation as it develops.”
